This means you entered a code that only CUSTOMERS are allowed to use. If you are a ASSOCIATE and received this ticket, return it to the store that gave it to you. If you are a CUSTOMER your account is setup incorrectly as a ASSOCIATE account, please contact support and ask them to change your account to a CUSTOMER account.
